Supplement Manufacturing Job Type:
Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to join a fast-paced vitamin and supplement manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery Troubleshoot motors, sensors, conveyors, pumps, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures and complete necessary repairs Perform equipment adjustments and assist with production changeovers Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime Assist with equipment installations and modifications Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately Follow all GMP, OSHA, safety, sanitation, and facility procedures Maintain a clean and organized maintenance/work area Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment is operating properly Qualifications 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with motors, conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, and production equipment Ability to read electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus Experience in vitamin, supplement, food, pharmaceutical, or GMP manufacturing is highly preferred Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
Pay:
$28.00 - $33.00 per hour
