Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our facilities and equipment. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Your expertise will keep our operations running smoothly while providing exceptional service to internal teams and customers alike. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. Install, repair, and maintain appliances, HVAC units, refrigeration systems, and mechanical equipment across various facilities. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems involving air conditioning systems, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration), and other mechanical systems. Collaborate with team members to lead repair projects and mentor less experienced technicians when necessary. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed in compliance with operational standards. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic procedures for HVAC & appliance technology. Hands-on experience with appliance installation and maintenance of kitchen equipment. Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices across construction sites or industrial facilities. Mechanical knowledge related to air conditioning units, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and general mechanical systems repair. Ability to operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in construction or related fields is a plus; leadership qualities are highly valued for team collaboration. Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy parts or equipment; willingness to work in varied environments. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
