This position includes servicing, repairing, installing, and troubleshooting commercial signs throughout Southern Arizona. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works safely, and can represent the company professionally in the field.

Responsibilities:

Install and service commercial signage Troubleshoot electrical and lighting issues Perform repairs on existing signs Operate lifts, ladders, and hand/power tools safely Complete service calls and job documentation Work independently or with a crew Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate professionally with customers and office staff

Qualifications:

Experience in sign installation, electrical work, construction, welding, or related trades preferred Valid driver's license required Clean driving record preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights Ability to read measurements and use basic tools CDL is a plus but not required Crane/bucket truck experience is a plus Strong work ethic and accountability are a must Must have basic hand tools required to perform daily service and installation work
