Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include: Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout guest rooms and common areas Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, fixtures, and equipment Complete preventative maintenance inspections and work orders Respond promptly to guest and team maintenance requests Maintain the exterior, grounds, mechanical areas, and maintenance workspace Assist with room turns and ensure rooms meet hotel standards Identify potential safety or maintenance concerns before they become larger problems Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and preventative maintenance Follow all company safety procedures and brand standards

Qualifications:
