In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical systems and equipment to keep our operations running efficiently. Your expertise will help us uphold safety standards, improve equipment reliability, and support our commitment to excellence. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Conduct appliance repairs and installations, including HVAC & appliance technology upgrades and servicing. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in accordance with operational procedures. Assist with construction projects or equipment upgrades by providing mechanical expertise and support. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance mechanic with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair. Skilled in reading schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex mechanical issues. Demonstrated knowledge of
HVAC & R
(Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) systems and kitchen equipment maintenance. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices across diverse mechanical systems. Ability to operate construction tools or heavy equipment related to facility maintenance projects. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
