Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct appliance repairs and installations, including HVAC & appliance technology upgrades and servicing. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in accordance with operational procedures.
