This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who takes pride in solving problems, doing quality work, and taking care of customers. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair pool pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing, and related equipment Replace and install pool equipment and components Troubleshoot leaks, electrical/mechanical issues, and equipment failures Test and balance pool water chemistry as needed Perform basic pool and equipment maintenance Clearly communicate repairs and recommendations to customers Maintain tools, parts, and company vehicle in a clean and organized manner Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices Qualifications Pool repair or pool service experience preferred Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability Comfortable using hand and power tools Basic understanding of pool plumbing, equipment, and water chemistry Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions We are looking for someone who wants to become excellent at their trade, serve customers well, and be part of a dependable team.
