Job Description
We are looking for a part-time Porter. The schedule is 8am-12pm and Monday through Friday. This is for 76 Unit Tax Credit/Hud/RD Property.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must have the following experience: Responsible for keeping the grounds free of litter and debris, curb appeal, cleaning the laundry room, office and other public areas. Basic maintenance skills preferred. Assist the senior maintenance tech. with painting, janitorial, and plumbing Organize and maintain inventory supplies. Previous apartment community maintenance experience preferred. A High School diploma or equivalent, English language proficiency (read, write, and speak). You must be Able to pass a drug screening test and a full background check.Job Type:
