We're looking for someone with: Previous painting experience a plus Minimum 2 year prior experience with a hospitality organization. Knowledge of the proper use of both hand and power tools. Proficiency in English both written and oral. In this role you will be responsible for: Performing and diagnosing electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, and drywall repair. Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery. Accepting and completing work tickets with detailed notes. Maintaining a positive working relationship with all team members and resident. Ensuring that the highest standards of service and professionalism meet our resident's needs.
