Located in beautiful North County San Diego in sunny Southern California, Rawhide Ranch is a one-of-a-kind ranch camp for kids. It is a completely unique, year-round youth camp program for kids ages 7-15. We have horses and livestock animals that kids ride and work while here, along with other traditional camp activities like archery and crafts. We are built like an old west town; however, it is our team that sets us apart! We are seeking a Facilities/Maintenance Team Member. This crucial role is suited for someone that loves to work outdoors. A positive attitude and willingness to do whatever needs doing is necessary. Duties General ranch work that includes but not limited to manual labor, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, waste management, and tractor work. Mow lawns, rake and clean the grounds, trim branches and provide general assistance to the grounds and facilities team of Rawhide Ranch. Custodial services such as, but not limited to sweeping and cleaning of cabins, refreshing, and servicing washrooms, wiping down and dusting interior surfaces and outdoor areas. Work with the camp team to execute all set-up and take-down of site and facility spaces for events, summer camps, other camp programming, and external bookings. Experience Has earned a High School diploma Must be at least 18 years old One year's experience working in construction or general labor Self-motivated, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality Customer service experience Must pass a Department of Justice (DOJ) Live Scan fingerprint background check Bilingual in English and Spanish is an advantage. Pay:
$16.90 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
