The positions are for the 2nd shift with the following schedules: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment, including conveyors, mixers, fillers, and sealing machines Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures and ensure optimal performance Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and repair documentation Ensure all equipment complies with food safety regulations, GMPs, and company policies Assist with installation, setup, and calibration of new machinery and production lines Respond quickly to emergency repair requests to minimize production downtime Work closely with production supervisors and quality teams to support operational goals

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred) Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic in food manufacturing or industrial production Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Familiarity with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP preferred) Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:
