•2nd Shift 1:00 PM-9:30 PM 2:00 PM-10:30 PM Job Summary We are currently hiring 3 experienced Maintenance Mechanics for a company located in Buena Park, CA . The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, testing, adjusting, and installing production and mechanical equipment to ensure reliable operation. Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on building and production equipment. Inspect belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, grease bearings and seals, and repair or replace damaged parts. Troubleshoot equipment and determine the cause of operating issues. Repair machines and mechanical systems using appropriate tools. Install equipment, machines, wiring, or programs according to specifications. Monitor equipment, gauges, and indicators to ensure proper operation. Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists and records. Maintain a safe and clean work environment while following company procedures and safety regulations. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Knowledge of mechanical equipment, machines, power tools, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of electronics, circuit boards, and electronic equipment. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and equipment problems. Ability to read and understand basic instructions, correspondence, and memos. Basic math skills. Ability to operate industrial equipment, including narrow-reach forklift, sit-down forklift, and electric pallet jack . Work Environment This position may involve exposure to contaminants, distracting or uncomfortable noise levels, and temperature fluctuations.
