We're looking for a reliable, hardworking team member who takes pride in doing quality work and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company. No pool experience is required. We're willing to train the right person from the ground up. About the Role As a Pool Service Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining residential swimming pools throughout our service area. You'll work independently, build relationships with customers, and help ensure every pool is clean, safe, and operating properly. During training, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to learn water chemistry, equipment operation, troubleshooting, and customer service. As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities including repairs, equipment maintenance, and eventually running your own service route. What You'll Do Clean and maintain residential swimming pools Test and balance water chemistry Inspect pool equipment and identify potential issues Communicate service updates with customers and management Maintain accurate service records Assist with repairs and equipment maintenance as your experience grows Safely operate a company vehicle and maintain your assigned equipment Represent Classic Clean Pools professionally at customers' homes and throughout the community What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication skills Comfortable working outdoors year-round Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Valid driver's license with a clean driving record No Experience Required Experience in pools, landscaping, construction, maintenance, automotive, pest control, detailing, or other hands-on trades is helpful, but not required. We're looking for character, work ethic, reliability, and coachability above all else.
