  • We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This role involves cleaning floors, offices, bathrooms, and kitchens, building furniture, painting walls, and removing items from offices.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Perform routine light maintenance tasks including tightening hardware and patching minor wall damage.

+ Unclog drains and troubleshoot simple plumbing issues, coordinating with vendors for additional repairs as needed.

+ Replace light bulbs and basic electrical components as required, ensuring non-licensed electrical work only.

+ Support general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and maintaining common areas.

+ Ensure facility grounds, storage areas, and workspaces remain tidy and organized.

+ Assemble, install, and arrange office furniture and equipment.

+ Move pallets, materials, and office items using pallet jacks or other approved equipment.

+ Assist with facility setup for events, meetings, or special projects.

+ Respond to maintenance requests promptly and document completed tasks.

+ Observe safety procedures and notify management of any potential hazards or needed repairs.

  • Essential Skills
  • + Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar hands-on role. + Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely move heavier items with equipment. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. + Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • + 3-4 years of cleaning experience preferred. + Experience in electrical, repair, preventive maintenance, service, janitorial, cleaning, and housekeeping tasks. + General maintenance and repair qualifications.

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carson, CA.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $25.

00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
