What you'll do : Complete service requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner Perform preventive maintenance on property equipment and systems Assist with unit turns: painting, cleaning, and minor repairs Maintain the cleanliness and safety of common areas What we're looking for : +1 year in apartment or property maintenance Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair EPA 608 certification preferred
