Job Summary We are seeking a part-time Commercial Property Maintenance Specialist to support facility maintenance and repair needs across our Southern California locations . This is a hands-on position for someone with strong general maintenance experience and, most importantly, low-voltage skills . The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable traveling between multiple facilities throughout the San Diego County.
