Job Description
Security Public Storage Company Overview Security Public Storage (SPS) is a family-owned and operated self-storage company with 50+ facilities across California, Oregon, Nevada, Maryland, and Virginia. Job Summary We are seeking a part-time Commercial Property Maintenance Specialist to support facility maintenance and repair needs across our Southern California locations . This is a hands-on position for someone with strong general maintenance experience and, most importantly, low-voltage skills . The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable traveling between multiple facilities throughout the San Diego County. Benefits & Perks $22.00 per hour 7 company-paid holidays + 1 personal floating holiday 401(k) matching Employee discount on storage units Opportunities for advancement Qualifications & Skills Qualified applicants should have experience in the following areas: Low Voltage - REQUIRED Plumbing Electrical Landscaping Irrigation Painting Concrete/asphalt Framing Metalwork General facility maintenance and repairs Additional Requirements Valid California Driver's License Reliable personal vehicle Valid auto insurance Must be willing to travel between multiple SPS facilities throughout the San Diego County Must be available to travel to different facilities 5 days per week A dependable vehicle, valid California Driver's License, and auto insurance are required for this position. If offered the position, candidates will be required to successfully complete a DMV record check, background check, and drug screening .
Pay:
