We're seeking a full-time, on-site maintenance person for our renovated 62-unit apartment community in Citrus Heights. Duties include painting, sheetrock repair, apartment turnovers, light electrical, plumbing, light carpentry, and basic HVAC repairs. At least two years of experience as a maintenance person at an apartment property is required. To qualify for this position, you must:

• Be able to live on-site
• Have a current, valid driver's license, vehicle, registration and insurance as well as a reliable vehicle
• Have an acceptable DMV record
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a drug test In addition to cash compensation, upon moving to the property, a rent discount worth approximately $650
• 750 per month is provided.
