Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM-2:30 PM
Pay:
$25.00-$30.00/hr Job Summary Seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Inspect, replace, adjust, align, and lubricate equipment components. Read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings. Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records. Follow OSHA, LOTO, and company safety procedures. Perform other maintenance duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma/GED required; technical training preferred. Previous industrial or maintenance mechanic experience preferred. Knowledge of motors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls. Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus. Ability to use hand/power tools and read schematics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic welding/fabrication experience is a plus. Ability to lift equipment/materials and work in various positions or at heights when required.
