Love Working Outdoors and Using Your Maintenance Skills? GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a dependable, hardworking Grounds Technician / Maintenance Technician I to join our team in Clovis, CA . This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience who wants to grow their career while training under an experienced Maintenance Technician. As a Grounds Technician / Maintenance Technician I, you will help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of our apartment community. Compensation & Schedule:

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE) plus benefits

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM On-call rotation required as needed

What You'll Do:

Maintain the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of the community. Pick up trash, remove debris, and keep common areas clean and inviting. Assist with apartment turns and make-ready units. Complete basic maintenance repairs and resident service requests. Perform routine property inspections and report maintenance concerns. Support preventative maintenance and property improvement projects. Help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Learn and develop maintenance skills while working alongside an experienced Maintenance Technician.

Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience required. Valid driver's license required. Enjoy working outdoors and performing hands-on work. Reliable, self-motivated, and team oriented. Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow within the property management industry.
