Mix & Batch:

Coordinate and execute batching schedules to meet daily production goals

Make It Right:

Manufacture products to spec using formulas. you'll be an essential part of transforming raw ingredients into targeted, performance-driven feed solutions

Maintain Equipment:

Perform basic repairs and keep detailed maintenance records.

Receive Ingredients:

Unload railcars, barges, and trucks—keeping things moving efficiently.

Keep It Clean:

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Stay Compliant:

Follow OSHA and FDA standards, safety policies, and all operating procedures.

What You Bring:

Previous manufacturing experience a plus—but not required! High school level reading, writing, and math skills. Strong mechanical aptitude—you're handy with tools and know your way around equipment. Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills. Clear communication and teamwork mindset. Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift. Why QLF? Skills and Qualifications:

Manufacturing Experience:

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Educational Requirements:

High school level reading, writing, and mathematical skills.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Strong mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.

Communication:

Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with various individuals.
