We are a growing maintenance company servicing retail stores, offices, and other commercial properties. This position will begin part-time/on-call as service requests are received, with the potential for additional hours as the company grows.

Typical work may include:

Drywall patching and repair Interior/exterior painting and touch-ups Door and hardware repairs Minor carpentry Flooring repairs Fixture installation/replacement General property maintenance and minor repairs

Requirements:

Previous handyman, building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or construction experience Ability to perform common repairs independently Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Smartphone capable of taking and sending clear photos Basic hand and power tools Ability to communicate professionally with customers and store/property personnel Ability to document completed work with photos and written notes Dependable and responsive Commercial maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Work locations will vary throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Applicants should be comfortable traveling to different commercial properties.

Compensation:
