Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This field-based role requires traveling to various commercial job sites to perform general maintenance and repair work, with a strong focus on drywall, plumbing, basic electrical, and flooring . The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform drywall repair and installation, including patching, sanding, and finishing. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including sinks, toilets, faucets, and minor pipe work. Conduct light electrical repairs such as outlet replacement, switch installation, and lighting fixture maintenance. Install, repair, and maintain flooring including tile, laminate, and vinyl. Maintain a clean, organized work area and vehicle. Communicate effectively with property managers, supervisors, and other team members. Follow all safety procedures and company protocols on job sites. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience in general maintenance or construction-related work. Strong skills in drywall, plumbing, basic electrical, and flooring . Valid driver's license Ability to travel to various locations and work independently. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills.
