We are looking for an experienced Window & Door Installer to join our in-house installation team. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position for someone who takes pride in their work, works hard, and wants to be part of a professional installation team. What We're Looking For Previous hands-on experience installing windows and doors Experience with both retrofit and new construction installations Comfortable removing existing windows and doors and properly installing replacements Able to follow installation procedures and pay attention to waterproofing, flashing, sealing, and finish details Dependable and ready to work every day Motivated, productive, and willing to take initiative Able to take direction and constructive criticism from experienced leads Able to work as part of a crew while also showing leadership when needed Good attitude and willing to help the team get the job completed properly Professional around customers and respectful of their homes Responsibilities Install retrofit and new construction windows and doors Remove existing windows and doors as needed Perform proper waterproofing, flashing, sealing, and installation procedures Assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and protection of customer property Load, unload, and handle windows, doors, tools, and materials Follow direction from crew leads and project management Communicate jobsite issues or concerns before they become larger problems Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment Help keep jobs moving efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship About the Position Full-time Monday through Friday Local work throughout Orange County In-house employee position — we do not use subcontracted installation crews Consistent work with an established company We are looking for someone who wants more than just a jobsite to show up to. We want someone who can take direction, improve their skills, contribute to the team, and eventually take on more responsibility. Pay:
$23.00 - $35.00 per hour
