Experience in turnover and apartment remodeling. Experience in basic carpentry, plumbing, drywall, and basic Electrical. Painting a plus. Experience in work orders. Must have your own tools and reliable transportation. Note that work location is primarily Diamond Bar and occasionally Riverside, Norwalk and Montebello.
