Job Description

We are looking for an individual to expand our maintenance staff with diverse backgrounds in various trades such as electrical, air conditioning, carpentry, appliance repair, plumbing, painting, and drywall. Your duties will include turning apartments, repairing air conditioners, performing service requests, and a wide array of various challenges. Petree Timbers, Inc., dba The Timbers Apartments is seeking an outgoing and focused individual who enjoys taking on new tasks and responsibilities. We have a well-maintained owner-managed community that deserves a person who is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and likes engaging with our residents. This community includes a well-stocked maintenance shop with digital imaging devices for leak detection, and solderless plumbing tools such as Rigid Propress, to name a few. Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of apartment building maintenance, handyman, or remodeling work experience. Preferred candidates would also have
HVAC EPA
certification. Current driver's license, vehicle, and proof of auto insurance are also required. You must also be able to move, lift, and carry up to 50lbs regularly. Applicant must adhere to all company policy standards, workplace safety, and governmental laws that apply to the workplace. We provide competitive pay for the right individual.
