Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and optimal operation of residential and commercial swimming pools. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining pool cleanliness, handling water treatment chemicals, and providing excellent customer service to pool owners. Duties Balance pool chemistry by accurately handling water treatment chemicals such as chlorine, pH adjusters, algaecides, and stabilizers to maintain safe water quality. Conduct regular cleaning of pools and spas. Monitor water levels and chemical balances daily; adjust treatments as needed following safety protocols. Operate company vehicles safely for transporting equipment or supplies between sites. Document maintenance activities, chemical usage logs, and inspection reports accurately for record keeping. Qualifications Experience with pool maintenance is a plus but we can train. Outdoor work experience with the physical stamina to perform tasks in various weather conditions. Excellent customer service skills to assist pool owners professionally and courteously. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly.
