Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and scrubbing of pool surfaces, decks, and surrounding areas to ensure a spotless environment Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, valves, and circulation systems to maintain optimal operation Balance pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to ensure water quality standards are met Maintain accurate records of chemical levels, maintenance activities, and equipment repairs for each pool site Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment and supplies between locations Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems, mechanical components, and safety features to identify issues early Use hand tools and power tools for minor repairs or adjustments to pool equipment as needed Experience Prior experience in pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations is highly preferred Knowledge of pool plumbing systems, mechanical components, and water treatment chemicals is essential Strong understanding of pool chemistry balancing and water treatment procedures Hands-on experience with troubleshooting pool equipment problems and performing repairs Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients or facility staff about maintenance needs or concerns Outdoor work experience that demonstrates comfort working in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with the ability to operate vehicles safely Join us in maintaining beautiful pools that bring joy and relaxation!
