Compensation $400-$500+ per completed installation (Pay varies based on installation complexity, including indoor vs. outdoor installations and the location/accessibility of the main water shutoff.) Job Type Independent Contractor (1099) with option to move to W-2 as relationship develops. Service Area Los Angeles County & Orange County, California About Us We are a residential water treatment company specializing in the sales and installation of premium water softener and reverse osmosis systems. We are seeking experienced, licensed plumbing contractors to perform professional installations for our customers throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. We provide a consistent flow of installation opportunities and coordinate scheduling with your availability. This position is ideal for an established plumbing contractor looking to add profitable installation work to their existing business. We are also looking to move a subcontractor to W-2 as our relationship develops and looking to add a management role leading a group of installers. Responsibilities Install residential whole-home water softener systems. Install under-sink reverse osmosis drinking water systems. Perform clean, code-compliant plumbing installations. Verify proper system operation before leaving the job site. Educate customers on basic system operation after installation. Maintain a clean and professional work area. Communicate with our scheduling team regarding installation status. Obtain any required plumbing permits when required by the applicable local jurisdiction. Follow all applicable California plumbing codes and local building requirements.
