Bright Cleaning Solutions is hiring a full-time Janitorial & Maintenance Technician for a commercial facility client. Your main job is to keep the facility clean, safe and professional . Because you have maintenance experience, you'll also handle inspections, minor repairs and preventive maintenance. This is a steady, long-term position for someone who takes ownership of the building like it's their own. You'll be a great fit if you: Have cleaning/janitorial experience and hands-on maintenance or handyman skills Notice problems (a loose handle, a flickering light, a leak) and take care of them Show up on time and follow through on every task Communicate clearly and keep good records of your work Work well on your own and around busy, occupied work areas Want stable, full-time work with room to grow This job is probably NOT for you if you: Often cancel or call out last minute Cut corners or leave tasks half-finished Don't speak up when something is broken or unsafe Need constant supervision to get the job done What you'll do Janitorial (main focus) Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, breakrooms and common areas Clean occupied production and operational support areas Dust and wipe accessible surfaces Empty trash and replace liners Restock restroom and breakroom supplies Sweep, vacuum and mop floors Spot-clean doors, glass and high-touch surfaces Do scheduled floor care as needed Keep the facility clean, safe and professional Maintenance (support) Do general facility walk-throughs and inspections Make minor repairs and adjustments Support preventive maintenance Check lighting, doors and hardware Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs Handle work orders and document the service you complete Help with facility setup and day-to-day operational needs What we're looking for 1+ year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience Basic maintenance or handyman experience (minor repairs, fixtures, hardware) Comfortable working around employees in active work areas Reliable transportation Available Monday-Friday, [schedule] Good communication (basic English), able to fill out simple work-order reports Able to stand for a full shift, use ladders, and lift up to [XX] lbs What you get Full-time, consistent hours Paid training on our checklists and systems Performance bonuses Referral bonus program Mileage reimbursement for eligible business travel A path to grow into a Team Lead or site supervisor role [
