Job Description

Looking for Outstanding Building Maintenance Professionals to work at apartment communities in North County San Diego. Job advancement, weekly pay with no on call. These positions are Monday through Friday.
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician at our temporary staffing firm is responsible for ongoing maintenance and repairs at Apartment Communities. Our assignments are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm, depending on placement.
Responsibilities:
  • Follow all safety procedures as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Facilities Director
  • Perform basic maintenance duties for the property
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Painting
  • Drywall repairs
  • Unit turnover
  • Process maintenance work orders through completion

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
