And many other perks! Under the direction of the Maintenance Foreman the Capital Maintenance Technician will perform pre move-in maintenance to vacant homes. Tasks to include but not be limited to carpentry, minor electrical, minor plumbing, minor drywall repairs, both interior and exterior painting, pressure washing, repair of windows and all other maintenance needs to make vacant homes ready for occupancy.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Performs required maintenance and repair on buildings and equipment to include plumbing, drywall/plastering, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical. Installs lighting fixtures and replaces burned out light bulbs, to include over headlights, fluorescent lights and LED type lighting.Qualifications:
Training in major/minor remodel upgrades and repairs of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, structural and equipment. Training and experience must be at the Journeyman level. Additional Ways PVE invests inTeam Members:
