Wages & Benefits Wages:
$27.00-$28.00 per hour based on experienceMedical:
75% coverage for yourself; dependents and spouse may be added to company plan but 100% of the cost to be covered by the employeeSick Leave:

Up to 3% matching 401K retirement plan after 1 year of service Uniform provided after probationary period completion Skills & Qualification Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, ensuring clear and concise information exchange Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills for efficient documentation and communication Basic plumbing knowledge to address and resolve minor plumbing issues Basic electrical knowledge for safe and effective electrical repairs Basic tool knowledge to handle various maintenance tasks with proficiency Painting and drywall experience preferred for maintaining facility aesthetics Physical capability to use hand tools, climb ladders, and lift up to 100lbs, ensuring readiness for physical tasks Responsibilities Comply with safety regulations to maintain clean and orderly work areas, ensuring a safe environment for all Perform regular preventative maintenance on facilities to prevent major issues and ensure operational efficiency Snake drains and perform other minor plumbing repairs, maintaining the proper functioning of plumbing systems Inspect lighting and change light bulbs to ensure adequate lighting and safety within facilities Perform minor drywalling and painting tasks, preserving the aesthetic and functional quality of the property Conduct minor gate and lock repairs, ensuring security and accessibility at all times Collaborate with team members and other departments to address maintenance issues promptly and effectivelyBenefits
