We manage all marketing, scheduling, and administrative work so you can focus on hands-on repairs, skilled projects, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Core Responsibilities & Trade Skills Carpentry & Woodwork :

Finish carpentry, door/trim installation, baseboards, cabinetry, and shelving.

Drywall & Painting :

Drywall patching, finishing, texture matching, and interior/exterior painting.

Tile & Surfaces :

Tile repair, re-grouting, caulking, and surface maintenance.

Light Utilities :

Minor plumbing (fixtures, faucets) and light electrical (outlets, switches).

Maintenance & Troubleshooting :

Punch-list items, on-site diagnostics, practical problem-solving, and complete site clean-up.

Qualifications & Expectations Hands-on Experience :

Proven track record in residential or commercial maintenance and repair.

Schedule Flexibility :

Willingness and availability to work overtime when project deadlines require it.

Physical Capability :

Comfortable with active physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting materials/equipment.

Professionalism :

Punctual, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or follow custom project plans.

Communication :

Honest, approachable, and a clear communicator when interacting with clients and our team.

Tools & Transportation :
