Near 2489 Sunrise Blvd, Gold River, CA 95670

Pay:

$22/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Summary Keep our sites and vans safe, clean, working, and compliant. We serve adults with autism and cognitive disabilities — a broken lift or a trip hazard is a client-safety issue. This position requires daily travel between multiple sites as part of the regular workday. Candidates should be comfortable driving between locations throughout the day.

Facilities Repairs:

plumbing, basic electrical, doors/locks, drywall, paint, fixtures, HVAC filters Grounds, parking lot, fence, and exterior maintenance Supervise vendors and verify work before sign-off Log all work with photos Fleet Preventive maintenance: oil, fluids, brakes, tires, and lights Wheelchair lift inspections; escalate what you can't fix Drive vans to smog inspections, mechanics, DMV, and between sites Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | $22/hour
