Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and regulated environment sector, is seeking a Laboratory Senior Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting critical utility and process systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

1st shift What's the Job? Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on manufacturing, laboratory, and utility equipment. Maintain and support refrigeration systems, including cold rooms, freezers, laboratory refrigerators, and ultra-low temperature storage units. Troubleshoot and maintain lyophilizers, vacuum systems, compressed air systems, cooling towers, chilled water systems, pumps, and RODI water systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, instrumentation, and control system failures using technical documentation and analytical methods. Support installation, commissioning, qualification, and startup of new equipment and system upgrades. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, or related discipline preferred. Minimum six years of progressively responsible maintenance experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment. EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required. Demonstrated expertise in industrial refrigeration systems, diagnostics, and repair. Experience maintaining lyophilization equipment, vacuum systems, and related process utilities.
