A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting critical production and utility systems. Full Time What's the Job? Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on manufacturing, laboratory, and utility equipment. Maintain and support refrigeration systems, including cold rooms, freezers, and ultra-low temperature storage units. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, instrumentation, and control system failures using technical documentation and analytical methods. Support installation, commissioning, qualification, and startup of new equipment and system upgrades. Analyze equipment performance data and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve reliability and reduce downtime. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, or related discipline preferred. Minimum six years of progressively responsible maintenance experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment. EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required. Demonstrated expertise in industrial refrigeration systems, diagnostics, and repair. Experience maintaining lyophilization equipment, vacuum systems, and related process utilities.
