Maintenance Handyman iStaffing Inc Irvine, CA Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Assembly Attention to detail Mechanical troubleshooting Woodworking Caulking Full Job Description Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repairs throughout the facility Complete basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs Repair or replace doors, locks, shelving, fixtures, light fixtures, and other building components Perform painting, drywall repairs, patching, caulking , and other general maintenance tasks Conduct routine facility inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems Assist with moving, assembling, installing, and relocating furniture, equipment, and materials Perform basic exterior maintenance and groundskeeping as needed Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies in an organized and safe manner Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Keep work areas clean and organized Communicate maintenance issues, repair needs, and supply requirements to management Perform other facility and maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, Facilities Maintenance Worker, Building Maintenance Worker, or similar role Knowledge of general maintenance and repair practices Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems Ability to safely use common hand and power tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to work independently with minimal supervision #SAN123
