Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team part time for 2-3 days per week. There is room for additional hours with growth and tenure leading up to full time employmen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance, including cleaning, equipment repair, and mechanical knowledge. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role requires proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
Location:
Jackson, Sutter Creek, Ione, Plymouth Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal water quality and cleanliness. Inspect and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool. Communicate with clients regarding maintenance schedules and any necessary repairs or upgrades. Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to pool systems and recommend solutions. Drive company-provided vehicle on scheduled route around areas of Jackson, CA. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all duties. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role within the pool maintenance industry. Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for interacting with clients professionally. Valid Drivers License in the state of California w/ clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
