We are always promoting from within: moving our technicians into commercial maintenance, repairs, and eventually salaried managers. Our routes span across San Diego County, and we offer full training and a supportive team environment. What You'll Do:

• Maintain a consistent route of pools
• Perform weekly cleaning of pools
• Communicate with customers
• Work independently while being backed by a supportive office team
• Managing your truck for stocking and cleaning

Pay & Perks:

• $20-23/hour starting pay after training, depending on experience
• Weekly Pay
• Extra Pay if you use your own vehicle
• or use a company truck
• All tools and equipment provided
• Full training & continued support

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Comfortable Working Outdoors
• Smartphone required for route management
• Available Monday-Friday (full-time hours)

Experience Level:

• Experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person
