50 per hour Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician Perform light painting duty Perform outside custodial duties Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties Knowledge of electrical repairs Minimum knowledge of plumbing A/C Certified is a plus or knowledge of A/C Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician Minimum 6 months of experience Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the janitorial cleaning industry Must be able to perform physical abilities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 50 LBS Ability to stand for long periods of time
