Maintenance Mechanic (Mold Injection)

$30 - $40 per hour Job Details - Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician who thrives in an exciting, fast-paced environment? Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection mold maintenance and a passion for problem-solving. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, making a significant impact on our success.
Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including: 1. Performing routine and preventative maintenance on injection molding equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. 2. Troubleshooting and repairing any mechanical or electrical issues that arise in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assisting in the installation and setup of new equipment, as well as the upgrading of existing systems. 4. Collaborating with the engineering team to improve equipment reliability and maintenance procedures. 5. Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you need to meet the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the engineering industry, with a strong focus on injection molding equipment. 2. A thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as a strong ability to troubleshoot and repair these systems. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure. 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 5.
