Must have a cheerful, polite, and courteous disposition Able to take direction Neat appearance Reliable and hardworking Job duties include but are not limited to: Daily cleaning and removing trash from all common areas, management offices, park, vacant home sites, restrooms, and clubhouse Sweeping, mopping, washing windows, and vacuuming Touching up painting Replacing light bulbs in common areas Light maintenance work Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds Keep supplies and equipment in a neat, clean, organized manner in a designated area Maintain all maintenance equipment in good working condition Must pass a drug screening and employment background check.
