27 Per Hour Length of Work Year 12 months Employment Type Full Time, Part Time Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of Manager, Maintenance & Operations, performs routine and emergency repairs to insure proper and safe operations of District and/or school site facilities; maintains assigned buildings and related facilities in a clean, safe, sanitary and orderly condition; performs building, plumbing and equipment maintenance; janitorial services; and grounds keeping; Actual assigned duties may vary by location and particular work site needs. Priorities for special projects will be set with the assistance of the Manager, Maintenance & Operations.
