American Stages Realty & Management is seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our property maintenance team.

Job Responsibilities:

Complete assigned maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner Perform general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and other property repairs Complete remodeling, renovation, and property improvement projects Assist with unit turns and preparing properties for new tenants Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance and repair needs Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate repairs Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with applicable building codes Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, job progress, and follow-up needs Provide required photos, job notes, and updates Complete projects efficiently and within expected timelines Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, remodeling, or a related field preferred Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general repairs Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently Dependable and punctual Good communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation Must have basic personal tools in good working condition Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of maintenance and repair work

Pay:

From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
