If you're a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and taking pride in maintaining community residents are proud to call home, we want to hear from you! As a Maintenance Technician II , you'll play a leadership role in maintaining the community by performing advanced repairs, responding to service requests, supporting apartment turnovers, and helping ensure the property remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained. Compensation & Schedule Pay:
23.00 per hour, plus benefits
Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and maintenance and repair work in areas including, but not limited to, appliances, carpentry, hardware, and basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Complete assigned service requests and repairs in accordance with company operating procedures and standards. Assist in preparing vacant apartments to ensure they are market-ready and meet company quality standards. Maintain community grounds and curb appeal and trash management. Be available for on call activity during off hours and emergencies as needed Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items Report violations of lease and house rules Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant's maintenance needs are being met Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies Maintaining excellent curb appeal Help maintaining excellent curb appeal

Requirements:
Job Requirements for
Maintenance Technician II:
Minimum 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience . Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance. Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing maintenance issues independently. Experience completing work orders, unit turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate web-based applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance required.
