This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement projects across different settings. Also looking for a driver, must have own dependable vehicle. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and painting to uphold facility standards Assist with installation, assembly, and setup of equipment or fixtures as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency during all tasks Skills Proven experience in handyman tasks or general labor roles with a strong understanding of maintenance procedures Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters confidently Basic knowledge of carpentry, and painting techniques Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and safety compliance Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks for extended periods Good communication skills to understand project requirements and collaborate effectively with team members A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to diverse tasks
