Friday-Monday | 4-day workweek Additional 5th day available as needed Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping homes safe, comfortable, and well-maintained? We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mammoth Lakes! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and tackling a variety of maintenance and service tasks throughout the day. You'll have the freedom to self-manage your schedule through Breezeway , with occasional additional tasks communicated by the Office Manager. What You'll Do Complete arrival, back-to-back, and departure inspections. Respond to service and maintenance requests. Document inspection findings and additional tasks in Breezeway. Complete guest and home-service requests such as: Early arrival and late departure preparations Gift basket and fire starter placement Package deliveries Shoveling decks, entryways, and garage berms as needed Pellet bag delivery and stacking Refilling dispensers Inventorying parking passes, spa keys, and ski locker keys Meeting delivery companies and vendors at homes Perform general home maintenance, including: Tightening set screws and securing loose hardware and fixtures Light plumbing repairs, including diagnosing issues and replacing toilet, shower, and faucet parts Recaulking Installing and removing appliances Replacing light bulbs and remote/detector batteries Touch-up painting and staining Light cleaning, including dusting and removing cobwebs when noticed Power washing decks Building and breaking down furniture Setting and removing mousetraps Refilling propane tanks Lighting fireplace pilot lights Troubleshooting appliances when possible Communicate home issues through Breezeway and directly with the manager so repairs can be properly documented and planned. On-Call Responsibilities This position participates in a rotating overnight on-call schedule from 5:00 PM-8:00 AM for occasional emergency service calls. Emergency requests are documented in Breezeway as maintenance tasks and marked complete once the service call has been resolved. Commission is earned based on the time of the request. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to work and drive safely in all weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Pay:
