This is not a laborer position. Bycor Ltd. is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate works independently, completes repairs to the highest quality standard, and can juggle multiple maintenance projects without losing attention to detail. A positive attitude and strong professionalism when interacting with residents are essential. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with availability required for after-hours and weekend emergencies. What You'll Need (3+ Years Experience Required) Fluent in verbal and written English Basic computer skills (email and internet searches) Basic plumbing: unclogging toilets and drains, flush valve repair, garbage disposal replacement, sprinkler repair Door lock and hardware replacement

Electrical:

GFIs, ballasts, wall outlets, switches, light fixture replacement Drywall repair HVAC maintenance General carpentry Major appliance repair: washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves/ovens, microwaves Own tools Reliable truck or van Valid vehicle insurance Valid driver's license
