The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in facility maintenance or facility management, with hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, CDA systems, compressors, electrical infrastructure, and plumbing. Strong troubleshooting skills, parts ordering, and vendor coordination experience are required. Forklift certification and relevant EPA, OSHA, HVAC, or plumbing certifications are preferred. Production/manufacturing experience alone will not be considered.
