Job Description
Job Summary We are hiring a helper to support both air duct cleaning and HVAC field operations. This is a hands-on, entry-level role split between duct cleaning jobs and assisting HVAC technicians with installs, maintenance, and service work. The position is physical and field-based, designed for someone who wants to grow into a skilled technician over time. A valid driver's license is required. Duties Assist with air duct and dryer vent cleaning services Help set up, operate, and break down duct cleaning equipment Support HVAC technicians with system installs, maintenance, and repairs Load, unload, and transport tools and equipment to job sites Protect customer homes and maintain clean job sites Follow all safety procedures and company standards Skills Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable with physical work, attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas Basic mechanical or construction experience preferred Willingness to learn HVAC systems and field operations Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per weekBenefits:
