About Easy Toss Easy Toss is a home-services company serving select areas of Orange County. We are expanding into weekly pool and spa service and are hiring an experienced Pool Service Technician to service our residential route. We handle scheduling, customer communication, and billing. You handle the pools. Responsibilities

• Perform weekly residential pool and spa service: skimming, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, brushing, vacuuming, equipment checks, and water testing and balancing
• Add and adjust chemicals to maintain safe, balanced water
• Record chemical readings and send a brief photo report after each stop
• Identify equipment issues and refer repairs to our licensed repair partner
• Follow gate, pet, and access instructions at each home Service Area Irvine, Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Tustin, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, and San Clemente. Routes are grouped by area to keep drive time short. Schedule
• Part-time, weekdays, daytime hours
• One to two days per week to start, with more days as the route grows
• Technicians with an existing route are welcome Compensation
• $25 to $30 per hour based on experience
• W-2 employment Requirements
• Two or more years of residential pool route experience
• Own truck and pool service equipment
• Working knowledge of water chemistry and drop-kit testing
• Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to work outdoors in all weather and lift 50 pounds
• Dependable, courteous with homeowners, and detail-oriented
